Went into this place to find an aerator for my kitchen sink. The clerk who helped me took me to the shelf to find a replacement. I told the clerk if it doesn't fit i would be exchanging it. I went home and tried aerator and it didn't fit properly. I went back to store, and this old man behind the counter walks up and says "How can i help you". I told him that this part wouldn't fit my sink, and he sarcastically says "Well you opened it, and I cannot take it back". He walks away from counter and goes back to the wall where these parts where located and comes back and says "Sorry, I don't have any other parts that would fit". He doesn't even offer to help me with getting another replacement part thru a catalog or nothing! I told him I wanted a refund, and he says "I'm sorry I can't take it back, it has been opened". I immediately said where is your sign in the store that says just that"? He arrogantly and rudely says to me "I'm the owner of this store, and I'll do whatever I want"!!
