The Harners repaired our refrigerator. The bottom freezer door and baskets were removed to facilitate the repair. They were tipped $20 and the repair was good.



When we went to use the freezer later, we noticed that the door caught and stuck (really stuck!) at one point. This never occured prior to the repair.



When called, the immediate response over the phone was that he noticed that the rails were in "rough" shape when the repair was made. They also stated that we simply had not noticed! Upon arrival, all either had to say was that he had not damaged the rails. Neither allowed me to complete a single sentence.



They continued to be defensive, rude and loud. I had to raise my voice to indicate that they needed to leave.

Super fast service from this company. Husband and wife team were professional helpful and fixed our refrigerator on the first visit. The price was also very reasonable for such quick service. So nice to know that small family companies like this still exist.

They're a small outfit, but won't work on a built in wine refrigerator that's $1200. That's more than many basic full size refrigerators and it has a compressor and most of the same components, if not more simple.

Very happy with the service we received from the Harner's! Very down to earth and helpful. And since I was standing there while there were doing their work, they explained the problem and showed me what the issue was. Yeah, I'd recommend them!

Give this guy a GOLD Star! A Plus service from this Company! We have had them to fix two different items at our home and got the best service ever! Knowledgeable and quick service. My wife called me while I was away at Army Training with dryer problems. I said give Kevin Harner Appliance Service Co a call, she said she had already and they would be out on Monday! For this Army Soldier I had piece of mind knowing while I'm away I have a trusted repair company to fix my families problems. I can't praise this guy enough!
