Mike Nelson of Spartan Plumbing is fairly affable and seemingly competent when it comes to plumbing. He stinks at costumer service. You have to call him several times before he will come to look at your problem. He did not keep our appointment and he did not call to let me know. I had to call him so we could reschedule. He also blocked my driveway when he came so my husband had to park across the street. Mike was here for 10 minutes, he did replace a leaking tube, but when it was found that the dishwasher still didn't work, he said "Oh, I don't fix dishwashers, I'm just a plumber." He also does not clean up his messes when he is done. I will not be calling him again. My neighbor could have done what he did for free - $85 bucks down the drain.
