I called Business phone on Monday morning, I choose Wednesday at 3:00pm for a servive rep to show up at the house . I posponed some things that I had scheduled that would have allowed me to be there at 3:00pm. 3:00PM . Scheduled time came and went, No service rep can be found. Good Luck if you use this company.
