These people are con artists. They made me pre-pay my co-pay (which is really a deposit they under no circumstances refund) and on the day of my appointment I called because I was running 5 minutes late because I live an hour away (which they knew ahead of time) and they said that's too late so they cancelled the appointment AND kept my deposit. On top of that I wasted $50 in gas money on these idiots and they tried to fraudulently file a claim with my insurance company that I was at the appointment. Stay away from these theives!

Rip off

I called to make an appointment and office took insurance info and charged me $65 for copayment in case I did not show up- I made the appointment on Wednesday for that next Tuesday. I called less than 24 hours later to cancel. Office refuses to refund money. Called medical board and my insurance company to report this practice. So buyer beware
