This business is highly unprofessional and difficult to work with. I spent hours picking crystals out ,10ss, 6ss for my business. Two days later a refund on Pay Pal with no explanation. I called, the phone number on the email and it was disconnected, one of the email addresses was kicked back. I went to the site found another phone number. It seems Jewel Craft couldn’t add 2 add-ons to me order of 10 minutes ago to save the $10 shipping charge. I was told by phone just reorder the whole order. Oct 18 I took another hour or so to reorder plus more items. I get an email on the 23 that another REFUND is happening. I call the same out of service phone number on that email. Still out of service. Spoke to the same idiot I just spoke to before. I am now told “they decided not to sell 1 gross packs of the smaller sizes.” He then argued and elevated the conversation to a yelling and insult match with me. “Who is the manager?” “Who is the owner(s)”? I kept asking the stumbling customer (dis)service person all the way though and inciting an aggressive conversation with me. He clearly didn’t want to help or give any information. The name I got first as the manager then he slipped up and said he was the owner. But, no last name (I guess spending MORE time on-line I could fine the last name as well and I did). Unprofessional all the way.

How do we precede with this before I blast you all over social media to the “thousands” that ask you questions? You list an out of service phone and email on your correspondence. Please don’t give me the excuse that you’re working on it with the website. Don’t send ANYTHING without correct contact info! Next, you have an idiot answering your phones, twice when I called. You refunded me with no explanations. I had to track down your correct phone number and get stupid answers causing me to lose my temper, time and $. The first order was placed and after the refund I was told on the phone it would just be easier for (Jewel Craft) to refund the whole order and (me) ME the customer to take more time out and reorder everything because you didn’t know how to refund $10 on shipping from an add on item to an order I place 10 minutes earlier. NOTE, NO mention at that time that you would no longer be selling 1 gross amounts in smaller sizes.


But, before reordering and calling, I searched the internet for hours to reorder the same items elsewhere because I had been given no reason for the return credit. No answer by email. One address was bounced back to me. The phone number listed (201) 816-8004, was out of order AND you were closed on the weekend. I wanted to speak to someone at Jewel Craft and get an explanation before placing an order with another seller.


After I was told to re-order, which I did and I ordered a few more packs, I get ANOTHER refund notice. Calling on this refund I’m told by the idiot (same as before) on the phone you NO LONGER SELL the smaller sizes in 1 gross amounts. ALL THIS IN 72 HOURS. YOU NEED TO UPHOLD YOUR HOME PAGE “MISSION” and send the order to me ASAP! Because as stated on your home page it WILL BE a “MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE” at Jewel Craft.
