Enjoy frustration? They'll take the job.

Bad communication, multiple calls with no call back- in spite of promises to do so, 2 missed appointments. Finally find out that they have no intention of replacing a bad unit out of 2 they installed. One unit makes a noise for 3-5 minutes after it shuts down, they claim it's normal in spite of the fact the other, identical unit doesn't make that noise at all.Yeah riiiight... I must have been born yesterday.These are only wall unit A/C-Heaters (PTAC Units), it's not like it's a complex set-up, so keep that in mind if you expect them to handle a bigger job for you.I would not recommend them, unless you like to pull your hair out in frustration.
