Sadly I must share with fellow consumers that this company proved INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING. I hired them over several other companies, even though they weren't the cheapest, because I moved to the neighborhood and wanted to support local business. One of the two zones installed failed to adequately heat or cool the master bed and bath (according to at least 2 other professional HVAC people the problem was due to the illogical/inefficient way the air ducts were installed). When I called this company to come take a look, they a) didn't even apologize that I had encountered an issue and b) were going to CHARGE ME TO COME EVEN JUST TAKE A LOOK!!!!! I gave them 3 chances to do the right thing and they FAILED MISERABLY. I told them 3 times on the phone i was incredibly disappointed and I feel I owe it to fellow customers to share this story.
