We bought 3 pallets of Floratam sod from them. One of them was the wrong time of grass but we didn't realize it until after it was laid. At first, they said they would "resolve it", but by 2 weeks later, we found out that "resolving it" meant denying responsibility and lying through their teeth to us about it. Laura, the manager, reluctantly stopped by to look at it, and had the audacity to claim it was definitely Floratam. I then informed her that she was standing in a part of the yard that hadn't even been re-sodded and was DWARF Captiva grass. Since Laura sells sod for a living, does she really not know the difference between 10" dark green Floratam grass, 4" light green Palmetto grass, and 4" fine-leaf Captiva grass? That kind of contempt for our intelligence is infuriating. If you buy from them, make sure you have what you want before leaving because profit apparently comes way before honesty at Forestry Resources in Englewood. Buy at your own risk, or preferably elsewhere.
