These people do not care to listen to you even when you are attempting to inform them of your situation. Customer service will start yelling at you and when you are trying to talk to them they do not care they will talk right over you. When my partner called them they acted in the same manner and not caring. All they care about is there money and nothing else. I never in the first place wanted to go with this company but due to the original location of where I purchased my vehicle having to close business theses fools got a hold of it and its been nothing but a joke. Today was just ridiculous when you can here Ishmael laughing in the background after he got done screaming about both people on one account. Even attempting to call back in to speak to someone I was told it was the wrong department and again I was not helped because they wanted to play transfer the game.

I have been dealing with this company for two years now. I am working on paying off a repossessed vehicle. The head guy is the nicest person i have dealth with in this company. Every time i call, the person i talk to is extremely rude. She talks to me like i am 5 and don't understand anything. i also feeli like she is a racist, but they way she says my name and talks to me. I didn't get my vehicle repossessed by force, i gave it back. I did not want it anymore, at the time i was dealing with some very personal stuff, and i feel like they treat me like i'm some poor person that can't afford anything. I cannot wait to be done dealing with this company. I will never do business with them again. If their staff was a little more friendly, maybe they wouldn't be getting this bad review from me. I caution anyone that does business with these people.

dont ever go through these people. they are monsters and cold hearted people. They could care less about anybody else but them selves. I had a loan with them 5 years ago, they reposed my care when i had my loan almost paid off. Then 5 years later they come after me for $1000.00 dollars.. These people are absouletly ridiculous. If you are smart dont go through them for anything at all!!!!! They will destroy your credit and your life and put you in a financial hardship.
