Provided by YP.comIt seems this business deserves their BBB rating of "F" based on customer service alone. The girl who answers phones was extremely rude, unprofessional, and even condescending. I asked to speak with someone about the specifics of my problem and she snapped "No! That only causes confusion." I then asked how she can guarantee the technition would bring the correct parts and finish the job the same day (as advertised), and she said it's not always the same day. She made it VERY clear that earning my business did not matter in the least. Call Sooner Appliance.
