Provided by CitysearchOne of my very good friends got their new toyota corolla fixed at Sams,s. it had siginificant damage. They said it was repaired perfectly and that everyone at Sam's was amazingly courteous , friendly and helpful. They got the job done on time as promised. They were completely satisfied

Unfortunately Sam's did a terrible job on repairing my car. I had to take my car back 2 times so far and the repair is still not complete. Perhaps to their standard it is ok, but their standard is extremely low. The repaired part does not even function, had to be repainted, an unmatching part was ordered and installed w/o notifying me. Sadley I cannot endure the stress of my car being ruined any more and I will be taking it elsware and paying rather then trying to have Sam's properly repair it.

Provided by CitysearchI had to go back at least 6 times. A lot of black finger prints all over my headliner. Interior plastic panels werent installed correctly. I could see my airbag and i can jiggle the part easily with 1 finger. They didnt use all the clips they were suppose to use. They installed the shock strut for the hatch wrong. They put the Right one on the Left!!! and vice versa. I am the one who found out what was wrong with it because the hatch door was sooo heavy and opened soo high. (i thought they were a pro). They also put the light bulb for my tail lights at the wrong place so when I stepped on the brake, the blinker turned on!!!
I am not that picky of a person. I didnt even complain about the paint because honestly I could have (found some flaws). But really, it was a nightmare! They clean the car after repair but didnt even bother clean the inside. My car smell like smoke, paint dust everywhere, metal shaving everywhere, fingerprints everywhere. Yes, they did take care all of the mistakes they did but I lost a lot of my valuable time because I had to leave work early or come to work late. I was there at least 6 X (i think more).
