It was such great experience. Mike was so professional and took his time to explain what needed to be done. The estimate was far below others. The work was scheduled the next day. In several days I was called and the car was ready. I went to pick it up and and was amazed ! It was like new!!Hats off to Mike and his GREAT team!!Rex Malone

This is the second time I have used Sam's Automotive for repairs on my Ford Power Stroke, F-350 crew cab dually. Once again, they have done an outstanding job of repairing my beloved pickup. They used OEM parts and they did an exemplary job getting the bodywork done, parts replaced and painted. It looks as good as new. They even washed the truck for me! My only complaint is - and it is a minor one - they left some smudges on the leather seats and console. Other than that, no complaints at all. I do highly recommend them to my friends and if I ever need repairs to either of my vehicles again, I will not hesitate to take them back to Sam's Automotive.

When another vehicle hit my car the last thing I needed was time away from work. This shop not only did a great job they were very conscientious about my schedule. I will use them from now on any time there is an issue with body work for my car.

High quality repair, and done when promised. The paint was matched so well you couldn't tell where the repair was. Very proffessional and friendly counter personel.

Unfortunately Sam's did a terrible job on repairing my car. I had to take my car back 2 times so far and the repair is still not complete. Perhaps to their standard it is ok, but their standard is extremely low. The repaired part does not even function, had to be repainted, an unmatching part was ordered and installed w/o notifying me. Sadley I cannot endure the stress of my car being ruined any more and I will be taking it elsware and paying rather then trying to have Sam's properly repair it.
