amazing customer service- love this place I have been a customer for 3 years and WONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE, ive dealt with other businesses but this one is the best and only place to go to- its all top quality stuff

I sent them a trophy bull elk hide and what I got back was a ratty little hide that had been split in two and had 15 holes torn into it. They were defensive and combative on the phone when I called to dispute the hide I received. I have a feeling this sort of thing happens with them a lot. I would never recommend this tannery to anyone. If I could give it zero stars I would.

I am a taxidermist. I sent a client's hide in to be leather tanned. It has been a few days shy of 16 months. They told me it takes about 4 - 6 months. This is the first thing I have sent to them. Just thought I would give them a try... never again!
