Professional Roofing replaced our roof in March 2012. I can't say enough about how pleased we are. The roofing team had their work cut out for them replacing a roof on a home built in 1907. The results are outstanding!Doraine, in the office, took care of the details with our mortgage and insurance company. The great communication was most appreciated and very refreshing!I would highly recommend Professional Roofing and Exteriors. As a single female, I was very intimidated when it came time to find a roofer. I was hoping that I would find people who would deal with me fairly and honestly. This happened. And I got a great roof. Professional Roofing was not the lowest quote I received, but I feel like I got the best roof and the best warranty.

To Whom It May Concern,My roof, fence, multiple windows, & deck were ravished by a wind/hail/rainstorm last year. I was impressed by a neighbor’s roof and he strongly suggested Professional Roofing. I called and Steve Darger came out, gave me a bid, set me up, and throughout checked in and kept in touch with me. Laura in customer service at once solved a very minor problem we had. This is the most professional construction experience I have experienced in 66 years of life. Furthermore, between insurance and bank “games”, Professional Roofing (Doraine Stangel) guided me, cajoled me, and calmed me down. We dealt with insurance and banks from 6-23-10 to 10-21-10, when I was finally able to write a check to Professional Roofing. Our great thanks to Steve, Laura, Doraine, the amazing, outstanding roofing crew, and the rest of this organization. My family is so pleased with Professional Roofing and Exteriors that we want to share our experience with others. Every step of the way, we received great customer service. The roofing crew was efficient and cleaned up perfectly. They had their own inspector who fixed a few minor things so that the roof was ready for the city's inspection. We are keeping the sign in our yard so our neighbors can ask us about this company. We highly recommend Professional Roofing.

Im personally disappointed in the service we received from professional roofing. We hired them to be a general contractor for roofing, windows, deck etc... after a terrible hail storm. They promised the damage would be done in a timely manner and there would be supervision over contractors. It took months to get things fixed, no supervision with contractors, windows had to be re-ordered 3 times because of wrong meaurements and I question the quality of work that was provided. When I did complain, I experience rudeness and no returning calls. I personally will not ever use this company again.

They did not start to replace my roof on the day they told me they would. When I called to ask what the deal was there was no empathy from the employee responsible for the scheduling. I will go somewhere else in the future.
