The folks at Power Home Remodeling did a wonderful job with the install, and we couldn't be happier with the product. The product quality and warranties are why I decided to buy their windows, and I'm not disappointed in the least. The entire sales process is why I give them a 4 star rating.

Be prepared for a 3 hour in-home sales pitch. After being given a quote I politely let the salesman know I wasn't able to afford the cost at that time. He came back with a better price. I still declined, so he offered incentives in exchange for reviewing the company online. This was still not enough of a price cut for me, so he said if I agreed to replace at least two of my windows the price for the remaining windows would be locked in for life. This was a good enough deal for me to agree, and I'm glad I did. No regrets, just a lot of sales talk.

The installation was very smooth, and all of the workers were very polite, professional and considerate of my home. The windows are exactly what I had hoped, and I have already ordered the remaining replacement windows in my home (which was always the plan).

After the windows were installed a "Quality Assurance Manager" came to my home to conduct an exit interview. I was expecting this to take about 10 minutes as he said he wanted to make sure the job was done right, that I was happy, and to complete my warranties. But it turned into an hour long sales pitch where he tried to get me to agree to order the remaining windows I needed. I was also very upset to find he claimed he "knew nothing about" the original quote, and wouldn't be able to honor the locked-in price. He claimed to have to re-quote the remaining windows himself. After repeatedly telling him I couldn't afford the cost at the time, he cut out the commission fees, which brought it very close to the original quote, so I agreed. But it was very annoying to be pressured into spending more money sooner than I would have liked after a long day of installation in my home.

Was very pleased with the person who came in and changed out the windows. He was efficient and left everything clean. The windows work great! Just love them. We felt the change in the temperature in our house and notice the heater does not have to run as much. In one month we already seen a drop in cost to heat the house. Highly recommend the product.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the product. He took his time to explain everything, show the benefits of the windows difference from other windows suppliers and warranties. The installers were also very professional and did a great job. They manage to complete everything in two cold days and cleaned up everything. Most of all I am very satisfied with the windows themselves. I can feel the difference in the windows performance from the ones I had before. These windows and patio door were great.
