I would never recommend this place to anyone.. The facility itself is nice and clean but the nail techs have no idea how to put on a new set of nails. I left with huge clumps of acrylic on my nails and no shape to them not to attractive. Thank god for Polish Nails who fixed their mistake. Horrible place and over priced for sure.

I would not recommend this place. I just paid $40 for a French shellac manicure plus a tip. I can get the same thing plus a pedicure for $45 in Highlands Ranch near my home. If I didn't need to get back to work I would have made them redo my nails. Terrible job and not worth the money. Hopefully no one looks too closely at my nails for the next two weeks, if it lasts that long.

I was a first time customer last week, and I really liked my pedicure, but not my manicure...a new nail tech, I think. I wish this store would post their hours online, on their website...that would be very helpful for those of us who cannot come M-F, 8-5!

I had a French shellac manicure on 04/19/13 by Lana. It's GORGEOUS! She was very sweet, friendly, and professional, and her workmanship is fantastic. The salon is clean and inviting. I don't get my nails done often, but every time I've gone there, it's been a good experience.

I highly recommend Samantha! She is friendly, efficient and does beautiful work. I have tried for years to find a nail salon I like and have been very disappointed until started going here a couple of years ago. The salon is VERY clean, they speak English and the techs offer a drink. Samantha's pedicures last for 2 months! Last time I was in, I was thinking about having acrylics put on, but really don't like the damage they do to your nails,so Samantha suggested Gel (shellac) because they don't damage the nail bed like the acrylics do. I tried it and LOVE it! Tomorrow will be 3 weeks and they are just now starting to need to be redone.

I have been going to this salon for about 1 1/2 years now and will not go anywhere else! Very good work done & very very clean!! Ask for Vincent - he is the greatest!

I have been coming here since they opened. At first they didn't seem so good. You had a couple of technicians who were great and the rest seemed to just be starting out. Over the course of the years they have grew and got technicans who are more experienced. I have had my nails done several times. They have awesome color selections and various designs. Thy listen to what the customer wants. I have also had my eyebrows and lip waxed. My boyfriend also comes here to have his eyebrows waxed. Nicki is the best at waxing. She shapes eyebrows to fit everyone specifically to their face. I have also had several pedicures. They do apts. an walk in they are alway full staffed and their is hardly long waits.

Love SAMANTHA!!! Very down to earth and does AMAZING work on nails and toes! I would recommend her to anyone who wants great work! She also do very nice designs!

I had the best pedicure ever with Nickie a couple weeks ago! Felt like a true spa experience! Will make the extra drive to go there again and again! Keep up the great work!

Worst pedicure experience ever! I expect pedicures to be a fun treat and the people were rude, grumpy and didn't speak a word of English.

I have been going here for over 2 years and have always had a great experience. It has a great decor and the techs do a great job. my last mani lasted over a week with no chipping. And my pedis always last at least one month.

I love this place. The owners are friendly and always put the customer first. The salon is immaculate and the prices are comensurate with the level of talented nail techs. Every time I come in I am greeted wth a smile and the soft drink or water of my choice. Whenever they have run late (just a couple of times in the year I have been going - hey, it happens!) they always let me know that they haven't forgotten me. The techs are very talented. The best part is that if my personal tech is not available that I am in good hands with anyone else I am paired with. One of my friends recently asked me where I have my nails done and now she too is hooked. I love OooLaLa Nails!

Loved my first experience here. Had to switch to here due to the distance of my former nail salon. I loved the friendly atmosphere and quality of work done on my acrylics (rebase) and had a pedicure and the quality is wonderful. I would highly recommend Tracy as she is so personable!!

DO NOT GO HERE! I DO NOT recommend this place! I can't even give this place 1 star. I WAS happy here and was a frequent patron until...I went to have acrylics taken off, and the tech ripped my nail,the tip of my finger turned red, a bilster formed a day later, my entire finger was swollen, and sore. I had to go to the doctor, it was a mess! When I tried to get a refund for services rendered (a total of $25) I was told to "get a lawyer" by the Onwer! They had no concern for me as a customer. I'm upset that I have to write this review. But PLEASE save your time money and FINGERS...DON"T go here, or STOP going here...

My friend had a party and four of us went in to get our nails done. It was so nice, it was a clean and quiet environment and I was extremely impressed with the job they did on my nails. All of us were very happy when leaving and I'm going back! I would recommend this to anyone!

I am always getting my nails noticed now! Everyone always asks me where I get my nails done and I tell them Ooh La La in Englewood. It's a brand new shopping center off Sante Fe next to the Super Target. Everyone there is so nice and its so clean, all the customers are smiling and seem relaxed. Got my eyebrows waxed for the first time and it was painless! AMAZING!!!

I have been getting my nails done for over 13 years and I've finally found heaven. Great atmosphere, very clean, great customer service, tons of nail options for acrylics, fantastic nail art, perfect waxing procedures, drinks offered. Englewood location is my favorite! Ask for Tracy, Vincent or Samantha! Everybody's great!
