Would not recommend buying a car from this dealership. For the amount of time and the amount of money that it takes to buy a car, you would think that the dealership could manage small details like spelling your name and address correctly on the paperwork they submit on your behalf to financial institutions and the DMV. Nope! Not at this dealership. The address change was easy enough to fix, but I'm currently making car payments under an incorrectly spelled last name and don't know how I'm going to register the car at the DMV since I don't have proof of ID for the incorrect name this dealership submitted. Huge, huge pain in the butt, and the dealership has done nothing to remedy the situation except harass me with a sales call and ignore all of my attempts to get a status update on them fixing my name that THEY messed up.

Absolutely recommend going somewhere else! This dealership doesn't seem to care about customer service at all and has made this whole car buying process extremely painful.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: Bought a vehicle from this place a few weeks ago, since we purchased the vehicle, we can't get a hold of anyone. I emailed the finance guy with a question we had, he never responded. We called several times and were transferred to voicemail 5 times, even after requesting to be transferred to a live person. When we finally did get a hold of someone regarding a question we had, he was rude and did not seem concerned because he was not working with us on the sale. We did not get a response until we drove 45 minutes back down to the location and showed up in person. I've emailed the regional manager, with no response. I expect more from a regional manager. The vehicle was supposedly detailed TWICE and still had soda pop, dirt on the console & dog hair all over the back seats, so bad that we had to get it professionally cleaned ourselves! Not cool. I feel like it was blue skies and fluffy clouds until you sign the paperwork. Once you sign the paperwork, you're just a worthless annoying customer. After being lied to, ignored, and mistreated, I'll never shop here again. We would've returned the car and eaten the $400 restocking fee if it wasnt the best choice out of the 5 in Colorado. Bad bad business ethics.

I have a 09' Corolla that needed some new tires and basic maintenance. Marshall was amazing! He took care of me like I was his sister. Fair and honest which is hard to find these days! So if you need anything ask for him! Thanks Marshall

Very disappointed by their ser...

Very disappointed by their service center! I had a stripped screw that I simply could not get rid of (tried most methods you see online) and this guys wanted to charge me $110!!! Instead of throwing away money I don't have I went to Community Auto Repair. They did the job in less than fifteen minutes and did not charge me a cent. Shame on you GrooveToyota, shame on you!
