100% Fast and Friendly Service? NOT HERE!!! Fast yeah, but friendly NO! Asked for an oil change and tire rotation assuming they offer the rotation free of service like the Grease Monkey in Littleton, CO. During payment, found out there's a $20 charge for rotation. I told them the Grease Monkey in Littleton gave the rotation service for free. Salesman laughs, and starts to mock me stating how dumb of me to assume such thing. I point out the sign that states the "100% Friendly Service" and asked if he considers this friendly. He gets irritated and continues to mock me. In the end told him that I won't be coming back. He said he was fine with that. CUSTOMER SERVICE?!?!? Not here
