Terrible, deceptive company. Had them go out to a rental property to fix a shower that needed a new cartridge. I was not there, but my tenant was home, he had turned the water off so it wasn't an emergency. Technician called and said it would be $160 "to fix your faucet". This is the ONLY call, email or anything I received from them about the cost. A few days later I get a bill for $362.51. What?! I never agreed to that, never signed anything with that amount, nothing. They now claim that the $160 was for the part - a part easily obtained at Home Depot for less than $50. I sent them $160, they deposited my check, and now this company has sent me to collections for the balance! Even the lady at the collections agency said that this doesn't seem right. You're not allowed to charge someone whatever you want without DISCLOSING it to them! I am fighting this tooth and nail. Completely ridiculous. Be warned! Do not go through what I am dealing with now....

Twisted pipe inside tub faucet spout. Lamont Pearson was able to repair this with knowledgeable efficiency. He was pleasant, personable and professional. He is an excellent representation of your company. We will be requesting his services again.

I had two problems handled by 2 of your representatives. We had a severe drainage problem, or lack thereof. Tony Townsend did a great job & perhaps solved a long standing prob. The other problem was a leak in our wall, Ron Vigel also did a great job.

Tom West did a great job explaining what and why as he worked. The drains are running well. I can do laundry now! Thank for your prompt and careful service. Your prices are reasonable and fair.

I've used Garvin's for 2 different issues. As I requested, they came to my house early morning. They were quick, efficient, showed me ways to save money & prevent future problems. My friend tried referring me to his plumber. Guess who? Garvin's. Lol

Ron was efficient, kind, and prompt. We had an emergency and called several companies who weren't able to fit us in. We appreciate such great service.

Called to have my water heater replaced. We had set up a time and day. I called on the day they were to come to verify that they would call 1 hr before they came on my cell. The tech called my home and left a message. When I got home and returned the call his cell was turned off. I called the office and they said they would let him know I was home. Well, no one called or showed up. I called the next day and they said a supervisor would be calling. Well a supervisor never called either. They not only lost my business to replace a water heater but HVAC as well. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!!

Great Service! I first used Garvin's in January of 2009 and again in December of 2011. Both times they were prompt, courteous and fair priced. It's never the right time for a sewer to back up; but Garvin's kept the frustration to a minimum with their great customer service. G. Pena, Englewood, CO

Matt in scheduling was phenomenal in understanding I needed someone right away and then when Eric showed up (within an hour) he was courteous, clean, fast and thorough. The price was fair and I'll use them every time I need to.

My service technician, James, was great. He fixed the problem and gave my truthful information. I'm so grateful for a job well done. I will definately use them again.

Todd took care of the problem quickly and explained what we need to do to keep the line clear. Very neat. Cleaned up nicely. Got good video of the line.
