I just moved here, and my car broke down on the highway. I called DR AUTO for guidance and they even helped me set up a tow! Once my car got there they fixed it the same day for me at a reasonable price and even washed it for me. I am blown away by the service I received! They earned a customer for life here. Thank you DR AUTO!

We have been very satisfied with DR Auto & Truck Repair, we take all our personal and business vehicles to them for repairs they do a great job and are very honest on what repairs are required. We would highly recommend them.

Very unprofessional. I have never been treated so poorly at business as I was here. Please save yourself the frustration and bad service. Not the mention the dent in your bank account. We had our F-250 truck repaired there in August of 2012. They kept our truck for over a month claiming they were just too busy to deal with it. But by that point they had it partially torn apart so we could not go pick it up without having towed to another garage. We had a warranty on the truck which was going cover part of the bill. They failed to send the bill to the warranty company for six months. The warranty company wanted a statement showing only the part of the work pertaining to the warranty coverage. We left over 20 messages with them in addition to the times we called and could not leave a message due to the voice mail being full or just got no answer at all. When I finally spoke with Erika (the front desk girl), I had to hold the phone away from my ear because of how loud she was screaming at me about "her money" that she just wanted us to pay instead of the warranty company. DR Auto refused to work with us on getting that statement to our warranty company. She hung up on me three different times in a matter or three minutes. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said “I am the supervisor” and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the owner (Dean Bergh) and she screamed he was busy and hung up on me. Please do yourself a favor and steer way clear of this place. They are bad news!!
