My visit with Dr. Jatana changed my life! I felt that Dr. Jatana knew just what he was talking about and was completely confident in his treatment plan. My husband and I felt exactly the same when we left. Everything made absolute sense to us and there was no question as to what we would do.I had surgery in April 2013. I came out of the procedure experiencing minimal pain and felt well enough to go off my prescribed medications after three days. The six weeks following surgery were pain free for me. After another six weeks of physical therapy, I was able to play baseball again and sew. I have my life back, thanks to a wonderful doctor!

I am happy to have Dr. Ghiselli as my doctor. I have the greatest trust in his skill, competence, judgment and I really appreciate his “office-side” manner: interested, approachable, compassionate, and genial. I’ve heard great things about Dr. G – that’s how I found him – and now I’m out there saying great things too, because they’re true!

Dr. Wong was recommended to me by several friends in the healthcare industry, and they were right, he is the best! His amazing knowledge and helpful attitude made me feel at ease. His staff was nice and comforting as well. I love this office and the results I have received from surgery here!

I have never even left a comment online (Even though I am a prime Amazon member and buy 2 or 3 items every week). But today's incident was shocking and worth sharing so that other do not waste time.Deno Pappas office is a scam so do not waste you time with this Physiatrist knowledge as he is "obnoxious" and do not care about his patients in pain. At first I waited 3 weeks to get an appointment. Anyway, I took the appointment and on the day of the appointment, there was a accident on I-225 so I was late by exactly 8 minutes. I called the doctor office 4 time @7:45, 7:50. 8:02 am. At 8:08 I was in the office. She gave me the paperwork and came back in 4 min that the doctor can't see you. The argument was that paper work will take another 10 minutes and Pappas need full hour and nothing less. Total Bull Sheep I was almost done with the paperwork but the receptionist argued with me for next 5 minutes instead of going ahead with the appointment. I took off from work, drove 15 miles, waited 3 weeks, and all for what, to be sent back. But that is not the worst. They want to charge me $50 for no show. I showed up for my initial consultation at Denver Spine on time, and was then made to wait for nearly 3 hours (in considerable pain) without any explanation or apology, before finally being seen by a PA. I am a well educated individual but they treated me in a very condescending manner, and were not forthcoming with helpful information or straight-forward in answering my questions. They took some X-Rays of me, but refused to let me see them myself or the MRI images that had been sent to them prior to my appointment. After this worthless consultation they sent me on my way with a prescription for a steroid and some muscle relaxers, saying if that didn't fix it they would have to look into surgical procedures. Completely useless. The next week I tried Longmont Spine Center who took x-rays, walked me through a thourough examination and comparison with a baseline x-ray, and then set me up with a treatment program. Within a couple weeks of treatment my back pain (which had been constant for the previous 8 months) was nearly gone, all without any prescriptions or surgery. I think the physicians at Denver spine mean well (if you actually get to see one), but the support staff and receptionists are very unprofessional and do not give the impression that they care about their patients at all - in fact they treat you as though you are a major inconvenience to them. I would NEVER recommend Denver Spine to anyone who is seeking to be treated with human dignity.

Dr. Pappas is a GREAT Doctor. He listens, he explains everything well, and he acts like he really cares about your problems. Plus, he knows everything about the spine and will explain it in terms you can understand. However, his assistant, Tonya, is... well.. a B*%%&#. If you ask her even the simplest of questions she acts like you are so stupid for asking it, or gets defensive and makes you feel like you are horrible for having back problems. Someone with an attitude like hers should not be dealing with patients. - It is unfortunate that Dr. Pappas is SO great that he has to have such an awful assistant that makes you dread calling in or going to appointments.

For 10 years, I had seen various doctors for chronic back pain, but it wasn't until I saw Dr. Ghiselli that I received a thorough, comprehensive exam and the true diagnosis of the source of my pain. Dr. Ghiselli and his staff are the professional, compassionate group that I was looking for. With a complete understanding of my diagnosis and physical therapy I am on the road to recovery.

I had been to several spine surgeons, but none of them gave me the education I received from Dr. Jatana. I felt I was able to make a very well informed and educated decision about my treatment. I appreciated that he talked WITH me rather than TO me and treated me with respect. If I decide to have surgery, it will definitely be with Dr. Jatana.

I came and saw Deno Pappas I was having severe leg pain, We tried medicine and injection neither worked. I was not able to walk without severe pain. Our last resort was to have surgery which I did with Gary Ghiselli. I 'm pain free and I got my life back. also I did Physical Therapy following the surgery and they are wonderful, compasionate and informative.

Denver Spine is a great option if you have frustrating back pain. The doctors are all very caring and the staff is extrememly compitent.

The practice offers a variety of opinions from Surgical and Non-surgical doctors. All possible options were discussed with me during my visits, without any kind of pressure to jump right into surgery. More importantly a plan was laid out and we discussed the steps of how we were going to tackle my back issues.

Great Clinic

I was not convinced that surgery was my only option. I went to DenverSpine and found out that I may need surgery one day, but I could try other approaches first. I had injections then Physical Therapy and I feel better than I have for several years.
