We began working with Choice Screening in 2008 to conduct background checks to satisfy specific client needs. Despite our first foray into employee background checks, we have been thoroughly satisfied with the ease and speed of the Choice Screening reports. Additionally, the customer service has been incredibly prompt and attentive. I would highly recommend Choice Screening services.

I applied for a job and Choice Screening did a background check on behalf of this company. They submitted information about regarding two former inmates one from Georgia and the other from North Carolina. Both men have a different middle name than mine. I have never lived or been incarcerated in either states. After doing my own research, I came to learn one of the inmates is black. The only commonalities is both of these guys have my first & last name and my date of birth. They were not booked in under my social. One of the inmates as shared with me by Gwinnett Co Sheriff's department has a scar on his foot from a gunshot wound and is missing his middle finger.I did my own on line background check on myself to see what would come up..What came up on intellius was my name and both of these other guys names. There middle name starts with an "F" and mine starts with an "R". This company submitted these guys information because it was at the top of the list. In the past 5 years I have been declined employment and two apartment rentals because of these reports. Yes, I was told it was due to the background check. This time around, I actually received a report I could review and investigate. I have now been told it's up to me to correct this. At the risk of sounding melodramatic, this could happen to anyone. These companies promise fast, accurate service, but clearly do not review before they submit their reports. I would encourage anyone to review any negatives whether credit or background and confirm these entries are valid. This is also a "Big Brother" concept that has lost control!

I contacted Choice Screening with questions on Criminal checks within Colorado specifically for leasing a property. Unlike prior vendors, Matthew (i think that was his name) educated me on the problems and issues with national checks and state checks. I actually learned what i needed to run rather than what the sales person may have wanted me to run. Great job and keep up the good work.
