Avoid this storage facility unless you’re truly desperate. We wish we had done more research on Bronco’s pkwy RV&boat. There is ZERO security and Tom (the owner) is by far, the most disorganized and unprofessional business owner. This place is going down hill fast. There were people roaming around that did not look like renters - more like homeless people looking for somewhere to hunker down for the night. We never got an activated personal code in the 40 days we were there; Tom just gives out his code!! Which is probably why it’s been compromised!! Worst month renting a space here and glad we found another ‘real’ storage area with ‘real’ security. Do your research first. I was surprised by the previous positive reviews; they may be old because they’re certainly not accurate for 2021. Also, we came to find out that this business is not insured. If your property is damaged, broken into, or stolen, it’s your problem (Tom doesn’t care). Too much risk for us (given the strangers roaming around, lack of concern, and ZERO security on premises).
