Receive the concentrator as promised. No problems but still in the first week. This is my second concentrator from this vendor the first one was a used one this one is a new unit. The sales department has always been great. Will update this review after using it for awhile.

I bought this unit because I was treated so kind by one of the most polite and knowledgeable persons I have dealt with lately. This should have been covered by Tricare and Medicare. I guess I was to quick to buy , but I am glad to have it.

I tried to buy a concentrator for a relative. Tanner told me that if I provided an rx and credit card it would go out on the truck that day. My relative went back into the hospital. If a few days when I knew we were getting ready for discharge, I called first class back to finish the transaction. When I asked about when it would ship, I got several stories about how the unit needed to be tested when they got it in. I asked directly if the unit was in stock and they put me on hold and told me that it was in their Florida location. I was variously told it was being tested, was awaiting arrival and other vague statements. I directly asked if it was in their possession and I was told it was, was awaiting arrival from testing and they needed to wait for the testing, before they could tell me when it would ship. I told them to stop lying to me and tell me the truth. I believe that tanner is incapable of even knowing what the truth is. I am not sure there is a Florida site. BEWARE

The name says it all...1st Class. They are great to talk to and resolve any issues. Great prices too...saved $600 on my InogenOne G3

1st Class Medical is a great company. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. And it's always nice that a person answers the phone every time I call, I don't have to deal with any automated machines.

I am pleased with 1st Class Medical. I bought an Elipse 3 oxygen generator, used it for 3 years and purchased via an exchange a reconditioned Eclipse 3. Upon receipt of this unit I was unhappy with it after a few days use and was able to return it, pay an additional sum, and receive a new Elipse 5. Great Service - The management and staff at 1st Class Medical was extremely responsive and supportive. They answered all of my questions including addressing the corrections they made to eliminate the cause of some past negative reviews

They assisted with obtaining the needed medical documentation so the the portable concentrator was shipped about two days after I gave the OK. The shipment arrived timely and u\in excellent condition. The staff followed up twice with me to assure that I was satisfied with the purchase and operation of the unit. They indicated that they would provide technical assistance, if I had a problem. The POC pricing was very competitive and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this company for your POC needs.
