Provided by YP.comIn Englewood cliffs section of Bergen county, there are not that many great places to eat especially if you care about what's healthy. I've had one of the best sandwiches and panini ever! My favorite one is ABLT... which is Avocado, bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes in a nice wheat toasted bread. It's delicious!! I recommend this place to any one. Their breakfast items and the frozen yogurt were fresh and tasty. Their food never sits around. Two Thumbs way up!!! I have to work out and keep my body healthy so I must also care about what I put in it. Food For Life takes care of my "What to eat" questions... Now if everything else in life were this simple....
