Horrible! Rude & unprofessional. Replaced a hot water heater in my salon & ruined my floors. When confronted, they told me they are not responsible for any damage.

very surprised to read other comments on Panella's. Go a recommendation from my brother who had good luck. they were very responsive came out quickly and worked very professionally. the work was performed very well and passed inspection with one small issue. The new gas line needed to be ground out to the house ground. normal an electrician would do the work. Panella called the inspector to understand the requirements and did the work so the job could be finished. Waiting for the electrician would have taken a week or two. theses guys were great.

Smelled of alcohol and were very rude.

This place is a joke. The plumber came over, punched a bunch of holes int he walls and ceiling and billed us 117$ for that!! He didn't do anything! Couldn't find the leak! Took me two minutes to find it. So then he comes over to fix it, ends up causing way more damage than the leak itself was ever going to cause. Then, these jerks refused to send me an itemized bill and a plumbing report that I needed for insurance. I mean REFUSED! 0 customer service that this place. So rude and horrible. Stay away!

Rip off!! High prices and rude service.

This company does shoddy work and charged me double what the quote was beforehand..When asked why they doubled the estimate..the rude office woman said "Thats what happens,get over it" Never again!

I called to request to have technician come for an estimate for work. Person on phone would only come to house if the full work is to be done. Would not come out for an estimate nor provide a ballpark estimate over phone. So how would one know how much to expect to pay before the work is to be performed?
