PROFESSIONAL. Dr. Bell diagnosed my last lab's illness with a few simple lab tests... that was after we spent over a thousand for an emergency animal hospital over night stay in Springfield! And, they never found the problem. Dr. Bell did, and the lab lived a good life until age 15. Good vet, friendly staff.

UNPROFESSIONAL...I have never wrote a bad review in my life however i think people should beware of this place, the ladies in the office are very rude.
