We used this company in my condo complex as well and they did a horrible job. They cut down my perfectly good flowers which apparently they don't know from weeds. They whip around and around trees like the school children that they are, creating ruts in the grass. They come on random days, sometimes as early as 7am and take forever to finish the job and do not mow in any particular pattern. Sometimes they come back to my area more than once just to whip around a tree again. Definitely wouldn't recommend these people for anyone for anything.

I currently live in a condo complex and Bills Landscaping does the work here. Terrible company. First off they have currently been outside my bedroom window for an hour and fifteen minutes to remove leaves. I could remove faster and quieter than these kids they send. Every week the day changes when they come so those of us who work first or second shift... Bills workers dont take into account that people may be sleeping from 8-9:15 while they spend that much time under your window to blow off a 10x12 grassy area. It is the most annoying thing ever! Best part is that i am located in the middle of the complex! They dont start at one end and work their way around they skip all over and make noise over n over throughout a couple morning hours. How inconsiderate. We know you have a job to do, but jeesh do it and move along. Dont keep coming back lets see 5-7 times this morning and waking people up and disrupting their daily life routine. Also, in the winter... Worse plow company ive ever seen just drop the plow every 10 mins so the entire candlewood complex is woken up all hours of the night because again you know we all live around Bills Landscaping companies incompetent - rude workers. My husband has been in hardscape/landscape for 16 years and never have a seen such an unorganized group of people or business. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone in general or to do your condo property unless you want all of your tenants upset constantly... Hopefully they figure it out soon. Maybe start at one end and move on. Why they start in the middle is beyond me but ive had enough of their crap!
