First time using this company. One of my six pairs of pants were my 15 year old's dress pants. When I requested no pleats, the cashier went on about how bad that looks and the pants were meant to have pleats. I stated, oh well he won't wear them with pleats. ( and who hasn't seen young men's pant today!! Fitted, hemmed just above shoe, no pleats!) She marked the order, no pleats. Guess what my son got when he went to put them on?! Pleats.I give two stars, for having my order ready on time. Won't return again.
