I can't believe how despicable the manager at this store has behaved. He flat out lies about prices and payment arrangements and is either a flat out thief or extremely incompetent. I believe thief. Even the employees under him are disgusted with his actions. And the regional manager is no better.I understand backing his employee but when someone is clearly in the wrong threatening to report rented merchandise stolen because we refused to be totally ripped off, class act. The only good thing goingr tEndicott Aaron's is a guy named Guy. He stood up for us and the truth so a huge thanks to him. Otherwise, Mike, the lying, thief of a manager should be fired and the rude, clueless regional manager Joe needs to get in touch with reality n probly not deal with customers ever. So I suggest never ever renting from Aaron's in Endicott n if u do, prepare to be triple charged n treated like complete crap
