In my opinon, absolutely horrible to deal with. Unexplained rate increases, discourteous staff, and general customer apathy. No pre-possession inspection led to back end deposit deductions, though 1st Choice could neither prove their point of view or disprove mine. Look for another storage alternative.

In my opinion, horrible to deal with as business. Unexplained rate increases, discourteous, rude office staff and general customer apathy were constant. No pre-possession inspection resulted in unexplained deposit deductions explanation. Recommended take pictures at the beginning and end to avoid issues.

This place is a RIP OFF.... The guy that works at the counter is a LIAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We cleaned and swept our unit out and went across the street to return our keys and i asked him to come look at it with us and he said they dont do that. Well when the deposit was returned it was $15.00 short .I called and he said "we didnt clean it" . AND>...... One key was a little bent (ANOTHER LIE) .I told him i asked him that day to come look at it so he could see it was clean and he said you calling me a liar and i said yes and he hung up on me... (SINCE THE NEW OWNERS) . DONT PUT YOUR STUFF IN THERE....THEY ARE CONS,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,IF THEY DO THIS TO EVERYONE HES GETTING RICH FAST.. IF YOU SEE THE STAR ITS BECAUSE THEY WONT LET YOU CONTINUE WITH OUT GIVING THEM ONE..TRUST ME THEY ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE..( THE GUY AT THE COUNTER )SO ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
