The web site is deceiving and apparently I didn't purchase wha I thought. I then received a phone call asking if I wanted alternative seats which were still not what I wanted but acceptable. What I received in the mail was completely unacceptable. When I emailed requesting a reply, I got nothing....so much for customer service. I popped over to stub hub got the tickets I watnted, for a cheaper price and knew what seats I was getting were REAL. Don't trust this site, or their customer service. Someone will be getting fair concert tickets as a present, or I could sell them. I don't ususally write reviews, but this one really bites.
