Absolutely HORRIBLE! I reporte...

Absolutely HORRIBLE! I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. They came out to fix an ice maker and installed an unauthorized part, charged me $200, and the problem was NEVER fixed! Danny, the manager, was rude and so was the tech. Threatened my tenants to come out and take back the part they installed if I disputed the charge. Danny told me that I would need another $300 part to be installed to fix problem! This business is shady and run out of a small room in a strip mall. Also, they refused to give any contact info on techs and the techs would not answer any questions my tenants had. They said we only talk to our office, if you have questions....call the office. This business is a sham! STAY CLEAR AND FAR AWAY!!!! I would give this black stars if I could! Danny, the manager, would not listen to a word I said. He would just talk over me. Would not disclose his superior, location or any info regarding this business. Very rude and disrespectful. He commented he's used to dealing with these problems. My previous tenants had hired these people....what a HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!!

I called them on the recommendation of a friend and wish I would have looked at reviews first! The technician came out quickly and I was initially happy. He supposedly fixed the problem (which is actually not fixed) and broke something else on my dryer. He told us he need to order another part and would return to fix what he broke. It was functional so I was not too worried and waited for about a month to return their call to have them fix what the technician broke. My bad, yes, but now they are being outrageous. They originally took responsibility and were going to fix the problem they created, but now they want to charge me just to come out and re-diagnose the problem. Danny (the general manager), who has been mentioned in many reviews on Yelp, is arrogant and will not even try to understand the situation. He refuses to even listen and just keeps repeating the same canned lines. He will not give any information about who his supervisor is or who owns the company. He told me he will intercept any letter or email I send so it will never get to anyone. Nice.



Run! Run! Run from this company. I m out $380 and I d hate to see the same happen to you!!!



If I could give zero stars I would.
