My 20 years of experience treating clients and warm, non-judgmental approach enable me to work effectively with clients coming from diverse backgrounds. I create a safe place to express emotions and help clients get to the root of their challenges. My treatment philosophy blends traditional psychological theory with a mind-body approach gained from certification as a meditation and yoga instructor. I teach clients healthy coping strategies, communication skills, boundary-setting, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices to increase emotional balance, navigate stressful life transitions, and improve relationships. My primary focus is working with adults on an individual basis. I'm available to assist with short-term life transitions as well as long-term personal growth. My practice is focused on helping with stress reduction, career burnout/job stress, grief, addictions, and self-esteem. In addition to weekdays and evenings, I offer Saturday appointments.
