Amazing work. Called these guys in for a bid and they were extremely knowlegable. Decided to give them the job and we couldnt be happier with the results. Extremly neat clean and profesional

The sales people were very helpful and friendly, the person who came over to do the bid was friendly, and the installer was fantastic. I suggest that they work on the explanation of the floor installation process, so it's more clear to new customers who know nothing about floor replacement. The installer was efficient, meticulous, and he even cleaned up when he was done. I would use Major Brands again in a heartbeat. Impressed Best Service and Products I have visited many showrooms in my years as a designer. I don't think there is anything else like this in the country and their service is incredible. Amazing! I was completely satisfied with the entire process of working with Coastal Hardwood Floors including; the sales staff, variety of woods, and installers. I would do business with this company again. After reading the reviews online, I decided to call Coastal Hardwood Floors for an estimate. James came to the house and gave me the estimate and I decided not to obtain other estimates as I felt the price was very fair. He answered all my questions and explained the process. I have hardwood floors on the first floor of the house and wanted the master bedroom new floor to match the existing floors. It's a great match! The installation guys were fanastic and cleaned up whenever they left for the day. These guys take pride in their work and are professionals. I am planning to hire them again to refinish the other floors. You won't go wrong with this company, their work is beautiful.

We are writing this review for Coastal Hardwood Floors because we feel compelled to compliment the company on many aspects of the service that the company recently provided in our home. We contacted coastal hardwood floors after living with our unsightly looking wood floors for many years, and they were in need of restoration. our Santa Monica home which was build in the 1950's had the original hardwood floors that came with the house and they were old indeed. the company was on time and friendly. the results were astonishing, who knew that the floors would have looked like this. We were very impressed with this companies work, im spreading the word about them. thanks

Coastal re-sanded and the finished the oak floor at our house. It was a very long day and they were at my house at 6:30 AM, and did not finish until 9 PM, keep in mind they did this for a week straigt. I must say they worked diligently and conscientiously the entire time, barely stopping for a cup of coffee. I would be the first to say that it was an excellent job with lots of awkward corners and confined spaces, uneven and cupped boards, but they understood that a good job was more important to me than a quick or cheap job and took the time and trouble to get it right. Their attention to detail and cheerful spirit were much appreciated and I want you to know that I am delighted with the results achieved. I shall have no hesitation in recommending you to others. The new hardwood floors they installed look amazing. I'm glad Coastal Hardwood Floors finally signed up for yellow pages, so now i can write them a review. This is my third review im writing for them, and I am more than happy to take the time and write a review because the floors look fanastic. We chose an exotic wood floor manufactured from anderson, its a really nice product and the price fell in the mid-range level. So I got an estimate for coastal after getting two others and the price was about the same compared to the other 2 companies. But I felt really comfortable with james and dean and it sounded as if they knew what they were doing, so this all sound wonderful and We took our chance and went with Coastal Hardwood Floors. I was still skeptical before the job because we still didnt know them and had yet too see what there work is like.But they came through on all what they said they were going to do, very straight forward and honest company. I'm a neat freak so I like everything to be nice, clean and organzied and the work crew was just that, and they kept every clean. All in all its a service company that promises what they deliver, and im happy and grateful. We just love the new hardwood floors!
