When we moved to California, Diona was meticulous in finding us the perfect house to meet our needs. She advised us to get a preapproval for a loan. The day before we moved out of our house in GA, she called while on vacation to tell us she had found a house, since it was a foreclosure we had to move fast. She put an offer in for us that day. She called the next day to tell us there was another buyer. She advised us to put in our best and final offer. As the van was leaving we received a call that the bank had accepted our offer, we had to close in two weeks. We didn't think it was possible to close so fast. Since we took her advice to get pre-approved and the fact that she worked with the mortgage broker, we were able to make it happen. .....................
