Tim is simply the greatest wood craftsman I have ever met. My wife and I tested his skills by giving him a wood medical chest from the 1880s that had belonged to my great-grandfather who was the Surgeon General of New Jersey. The top was cracked in three places, the bottom was virtually destroyed, and the insides were a mess. You need to understand that when you give Tim something that is this destroyed, he cannot fix it overnight; in fact, it took him several months. But perfection is worth the wait. The piece is superb. We then gave him several more antique furniture pieces from the 1880s, gave him several months, or longer, to finish each project, and you will be seeing these pieces on his website. Our favorite was a custom-made shoe shine kit from the 1800s that was an absolute wreck. We gave Tim our price range to fix it, we gave him four months to do it, and it is absolutely superb. We cannot be more pleased. We will be inheriting a few more pieces in the future, including a very bashed up secretary from the 1750s, and we know right where we are taking it. Tim did a beautiful job finishing bathroom cabinets. Tim was a pleasure to work with, professional yet approachable and did the job per specs and on time. Looking forward to having Tim do other wood work for us in the future.

Can't say enough great things about Tim and his workmanship. He worked extensively at my home over several months refinishing/staining/and lacquering fireplace mantels, double front doors with sidelights and an entire staircase and wood entry surrounding the master bedroom. Old wood or new, his workmanship was outstanding and his dedication to detail and pride in his work was evident throughout.

I would recommend him to anyone for any task. A true craftsman. Honest, dependable, and professional. Simply the best one can find in this field.

We had Woodcrafters Workshop do a few different jobs for us and all were done beautifully. The first job was taking some cheap Ikea furniture and making it look much more classy by deepening the color. He did a perfect job of matching the color to our son's new espresso colored bed. The second job was in redoing our stair banister. He took an ugly looking oak colored banister, stripped it, and stained it to a gorgeous dark wood color. We couldn't be more pleased and have already received numerous compliments on how amazing the banister now looks. He has repaired and restored several pieces of furniture in our home over the past 6 years, including our beloved entry Dutch door, which takes a beating from the weather.
