Joelson Vail Associates LLC JOELSON VAIL ASSOCIATES is a forensic architectural, construction consulting, and construction management firm located in San Diego, California. The focus of the firm's practice over the last fifteen years has been consulting to property owners, attorneys, developers, contractors and insurance companies in matters of dispute during contruction and/or litigation. The firm consults on ADA compliance, real estate disclosure, contract disputes, delay claims, construction defects, and architect and contractor performance and standards of care. Consultation and expert services are provided to public entities and private clients with commercial, residential, and industrial properties. We are now pleased to offer CASp Inspections and Certificates as authorized by California Division of the State Architect.
