Love the place...it is close to home, clean, but I was upset when I was refused a 30th visit because they were closed for Easter...that is a form of stealing...I signed and paid for 30 visits...I feel cheated...

Always quick clean and everyone's friendly. Very nice!

I've been a customer for a couple years now, and I have to say, I'm quite pleased with the service I receive at Tan City. The staff are always polite and very helpful when helping me select tanning packages. At busy times, I might have to wait while the staff cleans a bed, but the wait is well worth it! I recently left a high dollar item behind, and the staff member placed it behind the counter and noted my account. I was so relieved and pleased to know that my item was safe and furthermore impressed by their honest staff!

My first experience here was so bad that I couldn't stay to purchase a package. The manger, Renne was pushing me into buying a package regardless of what I said, and when I denied the offers she got mad and had this attitude. After that when I tried to ask her a question, she ignored me and started playing on her phone. I also saw many bee's flying around which made me want to leave anymore. I was disrespected and Renne completely freaked out over something so simple. I will NEVER be back, unless they readjust their horrible attitudes.

this place has the worst customer service EVER! I have already contacted the BBB!
