We rehomed an animal to a fabulous lady in your area. As a responsible pet owner, she brought her new pet to you to establish a baseline. You quoted over $700 of needed tests. You removed the pet to who knows where for over an hour. You did a comprehensive blood test. You told her in an email of nebulous wording of all the possible things that were wrong with him that would require more "specialized" testing at a MedVet. You NEVER INCLUDED THE ACTUAL NUMBERS OF THE TEST RESULTS! She brought him back to us and we took him to our vet. We repeated the bloodwork for no reason at all, as everything came in normal! You received over $500 and caused GREAT anxiety to pet and owner, put TWO families through worries with no basis at all, AND caused MORE unnecessary medical procedures because of your pursuit of money! At your clinic, the vet tech was the person the owner dealt with ONLY. RECOMMENDATIONS were made based upon erroneous test results. All, expensive of course. Our vet question why you would give an animal you thought was in such dire straits, S-trio. Giving such an ill dog such a shot would have been counterintuitive medically. Nor were any antibiotics suggested to begin treatment.
We advised the owner to stay far, far away from anyone that removes the animal to "examine him in secret". I have NEVER had to wait alone in a room for an hour without my pet on a routine visit! I have NEVER had testing done on my animal without a COMPLETE LISTING of what was tested or the results! How DARE YOU use scare tactics on an older single lady!
