They've serviced my snowblower a couple of times and did very well!
I recommend them. One of them stopped by when the snowblower wasn't firing up. It was just that the spark plug was loose. He fixed it in 2 minutes.

Highly recommend staying away from this place. They have a tendency to hang up on paying customers with questions, enjoy!

I would strongly suggest Egy's either hire a kerosene heater mechanic that can read "how to literature" or job the work out to one that can. Last week I gave them my heater to service, and when returning home and lighting same, it was like a large bon fire as the new wick was way out of adjustment. Friday I took it back, and today returnd the unit, and gue3ss what, it's still not right. The instructon manual calls or a hight of 8mm, or about 5/16" and the wick is actually close to 1/2" above designed setting. NOw, they have done similar work for me before and all was very good, so what's wrong now? Lack of experience, or just don't care?
