6-29-12 a storm took down part of our magnolia tree....6-30-12 called this company for a quote to remove. Showed up in 1 hr and cut fallen tree from fence and neighbors drive. Had to leave and would be back in 1-2 days to finish job. Showed up 4 days later after numerous phone calls. Cut rest of tree down and was to remove the stump which was originally agreed upon. Did not remove stump. Did not return phone calls. Had to hire someone else to finish the job. On 7-16 he shows up and sees the stump removed. Now wants payment for the agreed amount. We agreed on another total as he did not finish the job. Wrote him a check and said he would have his accountant send me a receipt. Here it is 8-8 and no receipt yet. First impressions was...WOW....this guys is here to help. FINAL impression......he talks a good story but in my case....did not back it up.
