I am a regular customer (71 yr old) of this store. I purchased a set of bathroom rugs, washed them and they fell apart. The 'stuffing' that was under the rug came apart in my dryer & totally filled the dryer vent. It took almost an hour to clean the vent, to prevent a fire. When I brought them back for an exchange, I was told I didn't purchase them at the store (I had the receipt) then the manager asked me if they were washable. He checked store stock & saw they were washable/dryable. He asked for my receipt & called the owner, came back & said because it was over 15 days (their return policy), they wouldn't do anything. I'm a bachelor and it took a couple of months for the rugs to need washing. I only wanted to exchange. It took me over 2 weeks to get in touch with the owner who, again refused to do anything. I'm writing this to let everyone know what kind of customer service you can expect at this store. Quite happy to take your money but not to stand behind their products.
