This management company doesn't do much in the way of taking care of the people who live in this building. The elevator is constantly down or getting stuck causing such frustration among everyone who lives higher than the 2nd floor. My mom hurt her knee and has to climb up 4 flights of stairs. This is unfair even if its condos the people who manage a building should make sure important building code things such as a elevator are in working order stop bandaging and fix the problem.
