Provided by YP.comOrdered a "Full Chicken" and they gave me "pull chicken." I'm not sure if it's my fault not checking the bag before leaving or it should be the person on the counter to check and double check what's in the bag. I work in the same setting and I make sure that I double check what I am handing to a customer before giving the order. Poor and bad service! Very disappointed since I drove home to find that I didn't get what I ordered.

Provided by YP.comI've been a Russell's BBQ fan for most of my life. I now live in Texas and I find that the BBQ sauce can not compare to Russell's. Every year, or sooner, I order a case to be shipped to me. I sure appreciate the service the resturant gives for shipping to me.
