John Mills Elementary School is a part of Elmwood Park Community Unit School District 401, and is located in Elmwood Park, Ill. It enrolls more than 700 students in grades one through six. The teacher to student ratio is 1-to-16. The school works in partnership with the home and community is to promote self-esteem, academics and social responsibility, by providing for all students a caring and challenging educational environment. The curriculum includes a wide range of subjects, including reading, writing, art, music, mathematics, science and computer science.
