I had a horrible experience with the Endodontic Associates, Ltd. On May 22, 2012 Dr. Daniel Janowski performed a root canal on my tooth. The next day the tooth fell out leaving sharp edges. I paid $600 to restore it.

Instead of basic apologies this office sent me an additional bill for $154. When I asked for a discount, their receptionist rudely told me that it was my fault that I had a weak tooth. But nobody told me before the prosedure that it was weak.

So if your tooth is weak (and there is no way to know it) don't go to this office for the root canal, as Dr. Janowski won't take responsibility for the consequences.
