Outside now 85F, they still did not turn on the AC. In apartments from the south side we have hell (maybe 90F). They never care, dirty garages, maintenance guys do nothing!! One of them, the smaller one (I do not know the name), completely invisible. I see him maybe twice a month? when I ask how many hours they work, they smile.
