I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are not honest. I dropped my car off for repair recently; these people had my car for a week for minor repairs. On top of that, my car had a full tank of gas when I dropped it off; these guys gave it back to me on empty. There is a 400 lbs FAT guy working there or a partner of this so call repair shop by the name of Karl, he is very shady and greedy. I got my car back with a funny smell as well which will probably take me months to get rid of. I hope they didn’t use my car for any funny stuff, because I will talk to the police. Please be warned about these guys at R A P performance AKA R A P E PERFORMANCE. BBB is next........ They charged me $500.00 for a job they didn’t even do. God is good fat Karl will pay for his sins. they are located on hempstead trnpk right next to the mattress place and across the street from Mc Donalds. they claim their specialty is german cars. yeah specialty my behind

Took my car in for a oil change at RAP VW specialist and they snapped my oil pan plug. They did not even mention it to me then they stuffed the hole with a piece of plastic. Got home plug was gone and so was my oil. and they call themselves mechanics?
